"Sue , just a short thank you for superb service. I was T’boned at 10:45 on Thursday Feb. 17 here in Punta Gorda, Fl I called and reported to you about 1:00 that day. The Company claim rep. Called me about 3:30. He told who the appraiser would be and they would be calling me. Indeed he did call me that night and came about 10:00 the next morning. He stated that he would email his report that evening and I would likely hear from the Co. the first of the week. Late Monday I did get the call and told them what shop I preferred do the repairs which he approved. Yesterday Friday Feb. 25th. The check arrived. Now that’s what I call good service"
